Yes. On pavement we anchor with ballast instead of stakes — different equipment and a longer setup, so tell us the surface when you book rather than on the day. We can't set up on gravel or anything sharp.

For a Springfield city park, yes, and usually a certificate of insurance naming the city — we issue those free, just give us the exact wording. For a private yard or driveway, no. For a street closure, yes, from the city, with lead time.

Most city lots take a standard 15' x 15' castle with about five feet clear around it — call it 25 x 25 of open ground. If you haven't got that, a toddler unit or the 40 ft backyard obstacle may still fit. Describe the space and we'll tell you straight rather than turning up and failing.

A standard household outlet within 100 feet, per unit. Blowers run continuously while the unit is inflated. On older Springfield wiring, three blowers on one circuit will trip a breaker — tell us how many units and we'll work through your outlets. No outlet in range? We rent a generator.

We wait as long as we can before delivering so you can decide late. Once the unit is loaded or delivered there's no refund. We shut down for lightning and high wind — that's a safety call, not a judgement one.

Yes, whenever kids are on it — that's your responsibility and it's in the rental agreement. No shoes, no food or drink inside, no flips, similar sizes on at once. Our crew sets up, safety-checks and walks you through the rules before leaving.

25%–50% by Visa or MasterCard when you reserve, credited toward your total. Deposits are non-refundable and orders can't change once placed, because the unit comes out of inventory the moment we hold it. Schools and churches may pay by check.

Fully licensed and insured, and we'll issue a certificate naming your venue at no charge. City parks and function halls almost always require one, so tell us who to name when you book and allow a couple of weeks if a permit depends on it.

As early as you can for May through September — Saturdays go weeks ahead and the popular themes go first. If your date is close, still call; cancellations happen. Park events need longer because of the permit, not because of us.
